Job Description

• To assist site supervisor to supervise and monitor sub-contractor’s work  plans in relation to plumbing works and/or fire protection services
• To coordinate  and cooperate with colleagueS and/or other service providers on site, for example, the site safety supervisor
• To ensure project schedules, quality standards and technical specifications are met
• To manage a team of site personnel independently
• To be responsible for the general running and performance of the plumbing and/or fire protection services section of the project
• To be able to have a good working relationship with building owners, architects, consultants and engineers

Job Requirement

Education Background

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• If no relevant degree, prior working experience contracting company related to plumbing will be an added advantage

Work Experience

• Prior working experience a project executive
• Prior working experience in an M&E company will be an added advantage

Job Description

• You are required to manage the overall M&E activities and costing for all related projects
• You are required to conduct project management, implementation of work to be done in accordance with designs and to conduct installation
• You are required to be fully involved in contract administration, the management of the construction site and to liaise with consultants and the project team
• You are required to be able to formulate documentation such as drawings, O&M manuals, method statements, T&C Checklist and all other relevant document
• You are required to manage the project team to ensure that the project is managed in accordance with milestones set and in accordance with the project flow

Job Requirement

Education Background

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or its equivalent

Work Experience

• Minimum 8 to 10 years working experience in project management relating to M&E services
• Prior experience as a M&E project manager is an added advantage

Job Description

• Accounts Executive in the finance department of the company
• You are required to assist the Accounts Manager
• Handle full sets of accounts
• Familiar with MYOB Accounting software will be an added advantage
• Prepare financial report statement for management and tax related matters
• Preparing financial projections works/projects undertaken by the Company 

Job Requirement

Education Background

• You are required to have at least a Degree / Diploma in Accounting
• Prior working experience as an Accounts Executive in a M&E construction company will be an added advantage 

Work Experience

• Prior working experience as an auditor in an audit firm or as an accounts executive in a M&E construction company will be highly regarded
